Registered Massage Therapy

Manual Techniques
Manual techniques are used to reduce muscle tension, excite or soothe the nervous system, increase circulation and lymphatic drainage, gently increase range of motion through joint mobilization, promote healing after injury and encourage relaxation for overall wellness in your body.
---

Therapeutic Stone Massage
Hot and cold jade and basalt stones are used to significantly reduce muscle tension and increase circulation which promotes tissue health. This is a vigorous, deep tissue treatment.
---
This treatment is not for everyone - modifications to stone application or the use of manual techniques may be suggested as alternatives to treatment.

Manual Osteopathy Therapy
Osteopathy is a hands-on, whole-body approach to healthcare that focuses on restoring balance, mobility, and function throughout the musculoskeletal system. Using skilled assessment and gentle manual techniques—including joint mobilization, soft tissue release, and movement guidance—your osteopath works to identify and ease areas of tension, restriction, or imbalance.
---
Treatment aims to support the body's natural healing ability, improve circulation and nerve function, and reduce pain or discomfort.
---
Osteopathic care may also include visceral manipulation—gentle work with the internal organs and surrounding connective tissue to support digestive health, relieve tension, and improve overall function.
---
Osteopathy can be beneficial for back and joint pain, postural issues, headaches, digestive complaints, and general tension or fatigue. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, supporting both symptom relief and long-term well-being.

Craniosacral Treatment (rmt)
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s nervous system to release tension, support relaxation, and promote healing.
---
Using light touch, your therapist helps encourage the body’s natural rhythms and ease areas of restriction—especially around the head, spine, and sacrum.
---
This deeply calming treatment aims to shift the body out of “fight or flight” and into a restorative state, supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and allowing the body to reset and repair.
---
CST can be especially helpful for high stress, chronic pain, fatigue, headaches and migraines, and overall nervous system dysregulation.
---
Many people find it profoundly relaxing, often leaving with a greater sense of ease, clarity, and connection in both body and mind.
